The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of direct Trusts & Estates experience who is comfortable managing matters with minimal oversight and enjoys working closely with high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities:

Handle Trusts & Estates matters from start to finish with limited handholding
Assist a senior shareholder with advanced estate planning and HNW client matters
Work directly with clients to draft, review, and implement estate planning documents
Manage deadlines and client communications independently
Support a mix of individual estate planning and some business-related matters

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of actual Trusts & Estates experience (must be practice-based; no academic-only experience)
  • Prior experience or exposure working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to manage matters independently and take ownership of work
  • Strong attention to detail and solid client-facing communication skills
  • Licensed and in good standing (or eligible to waive-in, if applicable)

Client Base:

  • Primary focus: high-net-worth individuals
  • This role directly supports the firm's HNW shareholder
  • Additional work with average T&E clients
  • Some exposure to business clients as well

Work Environment & Culture:

  • 100% in-office firm culture
  • Flexibility for occasional work-from-home days, as needed
  • Strong emphasis on quality billable hours over quantity
  • Professional environment with high standards and long-term stability
